Indian Riju Konwar moved to Rio three years ago and was surprised by the absence of a house specializing in the cooking of his land. He then decided to hire chef Neeraj Singh, import a typical tandoor oven and open the restaurant itself. Start with the mix of samosas, delicious chicken and vegetable pastries.
